Ginsburg Wins Four at Freehold Saturday

Vinny Ginsburg had a big day at Freehold Raceway on Saturday (November 9), as he piloted home four winners on the 12-race card. 

 

Ginsburg swept the early double, winning with Tim Lancaster’s Rap it Up in race 1 and Davids Coming Home, trained by Brandon Mongiello, in race 2. He completed the hat trick with Sutton Seelster, for Allie Reynolds, in race 4, and got the grand slam while driving Jody Dunning’s Real Flight in race 12.

 

In addition to his four wins, Ginsburg had two second-place finishes. He finished second with Astor in race 6, and again with Rockinwiththebest in race 7.

 

Ginsburg’s four wins gives him 20 since Freehold’s re-opening on August 30, and 56 on the calendar year. Both totals are good for third place in the driver standings.
